Assign the Profile Option to Our Responsibility

We Assign These Profile Option to Our Responsibility if we have already Define our Business Group Other wise first we define our Business Group  In This case we have already Define the BG
How to Define a BG  is tolled in the next posts

There are Three Type of  Profile Options that are Assigned to Responsibility

Navigation  :


System Administrator → Profile → System

First Profile Option is


Add ‘HR with Payroll’ for ‘HR User Type’


Save it and close 

2nd  Profile Option is


 Select Your Business Site and also Select you Business Group to Attach with Responsibility LOV


3rd Profile Option is


Select Your Business Site and also Select you Business Group to Attach with Responsibility LOV

How to Define Responsibility and New User 

First we have to define a Responsibility 

A responsibility is a level of authority in Oracle Applications that lets users access only those Oracle Applications functions and data appropriate to their roles in an organization. Each responsibility allows access to a specific application or applications, such as Oracle General Ledger or Oracle Planning.

Create a Responsibility for HRMS Manager :

Navigation : 
System Administrator → Security →Responsibility →Define

The following page appears :


 Create New Responsibility with your required name of user or organization  



Save it then close it

The Next Step is to assign the responsibility to a existing  user or to create new one 

Navigation  :

System Administrator → Security → User → Define
